As the former SVP of Portfolio Management and Trading at Grayscale Investments, and previously VP at BlackRock and Franklin Templeton, he managed multi-asset ETF portfolios across developed and emerging markets. At DAG, he brings that same disciplined, framework-driven approach to digital asset allocation, treating crypto as an asset class that deserves rigorous portfolio construction and ongoing oversight.
Kristen Mirabella – Chief Product and Strategy Officer
Kristen has spent the majority of her career expanding access to digital assets across the globe, working at the intersection of wealth management and emerging financial technologies at Goldman Sachs and Gemini. As Chief Product and Strategy Officer, she will build and scale institutional-grade digital asset solutions and platform strategy, working to close the gap that her career has been spent identifying.
Cynthia Jackson – Chief Compliance Officer
Cynthia is an accomplished regulatory leader with over 25 years of experience across RIAs, traditional banking, broker-dealers, and emerging digital finance. Previously a Senior Digital Asset Product Manager at U.S. Bank, and throughout her tenure at LPL Financial, she has developed regulatory frameworks for tokenized assets and navigated the complexities of blockchain technology. At DAG, she will align the firm’s compliance standards with the evolving regulatory landscape, ensuring clients are covered and positioned for long-term success as digital finance continues to mature.
